Tamara Pitelen had worked in the mass media industry for 25 decades in work that took her around the globe, before her growing concern about the climate crisis led to a significant career change. The idea had been recently brewing for a couple years as she began to tire of endless magazine deadlines. Erin and Tamara have since eliminated on to launch Greener Matters, a consultancy that assists businesses get started on their sustainability journey and takes them through the B Corp certification process. And looking back, she says, it was also around the period menopause had been kicking in - a big transition time for most women.
